The Founder Of Cancer Phi Free Tamara Billops Carroll is an 23 year Double Mastectomy Breast Cancer Survivor. She was the first one in her family to be diagnosed with Breast cancer. Just as devastated as it is for anyone to hear they been diagnosed with cancer so she was. Having no choice but to leave her two young daughters at the time three months and two years old with her husband while she started treatment. Her college sweet heart quickly turned into a caregiver while raising two babies. Tamara started this organization because she knows how it feels to hear the words "You have Cancer" and how important it is for a person and their family to have an support system. Her goal and vision is to create a community for cancer patients and their families to be able to reach out to for support and for them to get the support they need whether its emotional, physical or financial support.
